All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail on a standard tracked delivery service and should take between 2 to 3 days to arrive.
If you wish your item to be shipped on a next day delivery service we can of course accommodate this for you at an additional charge. Please feel free to call us directly on 01253 730 163 or email us at email@example.com and we can help assist you with this.
If you are not happy with your online purchase from Stones the Jewellers you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. We will of course be happy to exchange or refund providing the item is returned to us in the exact condition it was sent out.
Regrettably we cannot refund earrings for hygiene purposes nor can we refund anything that has been engraved or soldered unless the item arrived faulty.

We are confident that you will love your purchase from Stones the Jewellers. However, on the rare occasion that it is not 100% right, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items returned unworn, in perfect condition and in original packaging within 28 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Special orders are not included within our exchange policy.
